Payment & Booking Policy

Payment Method:

• Payment is accepted on arrival only Cash

• Guests must visit our office at 7:30 PM on the day of arrival to confirm the booking and make the payment.

Booking Confirmation:

• After booking, you will receive a confirmation with your arrival date and accommodation details.

• Please ensure all information is correct. If any changes are needed, contact us before arrival — we are flexible with modifications.

Important:

• Safari bookings cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

• Modifications to your itinerary are allowed based on availability and our flexible policy.

• Failure to report to the office by 7:30 PM on the day of arrival may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
